The utilities needed for this and all other automatic spray tan booths are the same:  110 volt power, cold water supply for wash down, and drain similar to a washer/dryer hook up.  Usually the contractors who construct your spray tan room run the same type of plumbing as they would for a laundry room minus the 220v power.  You will need a room that is about 8 ft x 10 ft for proper operation.
